Check-in & Check-out

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Q. Can I check in early or check out late?

A. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. If your room is ready earlier, our staff will assist with early access when possible.

Q. Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

A. Unfortunately, we do not offer luggage storage. We recommend using coin lockers at nearby train stations.

Before Your Stay

Q. What about credit card pre-authorizations?

A. If there are no additional charges, the hold will be released in accordance with your card issuer’s process.

Q. Do I need to submit my personal details before check-in?

A. Yes. In accordance with Japanese law, all guests must submit their name, address, and occupation.
Foreign nationals are required to provide nationality and passport information. As we offer self check-in, you will receive an email with a personal link to complete this step before arrival.

Q. Can you receive parcels before I arrive?

A. Yes, under the following conditions:

  • Please email us in advance.
  • We will confirm if space is available.
  • Make sure the parcel is labeled with your booking name and check-in date.
  • Oversized or special items may not be accepted.

Q. Is there a currency exchange nearby?

A. Yes — a Mini Stop convenience store with a currency exchange machine is just a 3-minute walk away.

Room & Amenities

Q. How many guests can stay in one room?

A. Up to 5 guests per room, in accordance with local safety regulations

Q. Where is the safe?

A. The safe is located in the drawer beneath the bed.

Q. Are power adapters provided?

A. No — please bring your own if needed.

Q. Is smoking allowed?

A. All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking.

Q. Are in-room items free to use?

A. Yes — all amenities in the room are free of charge.

Q. Is daily housekeeping included?

A. For stays of 4 nights or more, we offer one complimentary cleaning. Additional cleaning is available for ¥5,000 per visit — please notify us by 6:00 PM the day before.

Q. Can I make outside calls from the room?

A. No. For room-to-room calls, dial the room number. To reach the front desk, dial [100].
For emergencies between 6:00 PM and 9:00 AM, dial [100] and hold for 30 seconds to be connected to the night staff.

Q. Can I cook in the room?

A. Yes — an induction stove and basic cookware are provided.
Please clean up after use to keep the space comfortable for all guests.

Q. Can I request extra bedding or combine beds?

A. A foldable mattress is stored in the closet. If not reserved in advance, feel free to set it up yourself.

Q. Do you provide baby cribs or related items?

A. Cribs are not available, but we do offer children’s toothbrushes.

Q. Is there heating or a dehumidifier in the room?

A. Each room has an air conditioner (cooling/heating) and an air purifier with humidifier. Water is filled before your arrival.

Q. Is there a bathtub in the room?

A. Yes — instructions are provided in the room guide.

Q. Can I borrow a stroller or wheelchair?

A. Sorry, we do not offer stroller or wheelchair rentals.

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. No — pets are not allowed.

Q. Do you provide any dining service?

A. We do not offer in-house dining. However, there are many excellent restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets within walking distance.
