1.Online Reservation
Once you’ve booked your stay, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a check-in link.
2.Guest Information
Click the link to submit personal details for all guests, as required by Japanese regulations.
3.QR Code Access
After completing the form, you’ll receive a unique QR code for check-in.
4.Self Check-In Kiosk
Upon arrival, head to the lobby kiosk to begin your check-in
5.Final Step
Just scan your code, take a quick photo, and you’re home.
