Check-in & Check-out

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Q. Can I check in early or check out late?

A. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. If your room is ready earlier, our staff will assist with early access when possible.
For information regarding late check-out fees, please refer to Article 9 of the CAVA HOUSE Terms & Conditions of Stay.

Q. Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

A. We offers luggage storage service. On your check-in and check-out days, please deposit and collect your luggage during front desk service hours (9:00–22:00).

Before Your Stay

Q. What about credit card pre-authorizations?

A. If there are no additional charges, the hold will be released in accordance with your card issuer’s process.

Q. Do I need to submit my personal details before check-in?

A. Yes. In accordance with Japanese law, all guests are required to provide their name, address, and occupation. Foreign nationals must also provide their nationality and passport information.
Since we offer self check-in, you will receive an email with a secure, personal link to complete this step before your arrival.

Q. Can you receive parcels before I arrive?

A. Yes, we can accept parcels before your arrival under the following conditions:

  1. Please email us in advance with details of your shipment.
  2. We will confirm if space is available.
  3. Ensure that the parcel is clearly labeled with your booking name and check-in date.
  4. Oversized or special items may not be accepted.

Q. Is there a currency exchange nearby?

A. Yes — There are several convenience stores within walking distance from the hotel that are equipped with foreign currency exchange machines.

Room & Amenities

Q. How many guests can stay in one room?

A. The maximum number of guests varies by room type and the number of beds. For details, please refer to the “Room Overview” section on our website.

Q. Is there a safe in the room?

A. Yes, each room is equipped with a safe.

Q. Are power adapters provided?

A. We do not provide power adapters. Please bring your own if required.

Q. Is smoking allowed?

A. All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking.

Q. Are in-room items free to use?

A. Yes — all in-room amenities are provided for your use free of charge.

Q. Is daily housekeeping included?

A. For stays of four nights or more, one complimentary cleaning is included. Additional cleaning is available for ¥5,000 per visit. Please notify us by 5:00 PM the day before.

Q. Can I make outside calls from the room?

A. Outside calls are not available from guest rooms. For room-to-room calls, please dial the room number. To reach the front desk, dial [100].

Q. Can I cook in the room?

A. For details, please refer to the “Room Overview” section on our website.

Q. Can I request extra bedding or combine beds?

A. Extra beds or combining beds are not available.

Q. Do you provide baby cribs or related items?

A. Cribs are not available, but we do offer children’s toothbrushes.

Q. Is there heating or a dehumidifier in the room?

A. Each room has an air conditioner (cooling/heating) and an air purifier with humidifier.

Q. Is there a bathtub in the room?

A. Most room types are equipped with bathtubs. For detailed information, please refer to the Room Overview section of the website.

Q. Can I borrow a stroller or wheelchair?

A. Sorry, we do not offer stroller or wheelchair rentals.

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Q. Do you provide any dining service?

A. We do not offer dining on-site. However, there are many excellent restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets within walking distance.
